Make sure your home is ready for the crew. Pack as much as possible before the movers arrive. This will make things quicker and smother and help avoid last minute costs. Move anything off the porch and walkways that may obstruct movement of your belongings out of the home. Have boxed items that will not be shipped clearly marked and moved away from items that will be shipped. Remove all small throw rugs from traffic areas that could cause the driver or crew to trip or slip

Yes. The movers disassemble and reassemble all large pieces of furniture, free of charge, excluding items purchased at IKEA and cribs.
Because of the delicate and perishable nature of these items, we are prohibited from moving plants. The stress and heat of being inside the moving trailer usually causes them to die. Additionally, many states do not allow the entry of plants. Be sure to understand your state’s regulations prior to moving the plants in your own vehicle.
